A little about Jonathan

Hi, my name is Jonathan Campbell. Fore mostly I am a friendly and approachable person. My priorities are honesty, trust and confidentiality towards my clients. I can work to a brief, visually and musically, if our clients are sure about what they want or I can discuss creatively with people who have born an idea but don't yet know how to bring it realise their project. It is my role to understand the technical aspects in the production process and not yours to worry about. I am an experienced videographer and a qualified UAV (drone) pilot and have state of the art equipment to capture all angles of your event. I am a creative person fore mostly but have many years of corporate business behind me also and can therefore fit comfortably between the creative world whilst understanding business requirements with you.  

I'm a music lover of all genres and a musician. I've been producing and mixing music for over 20 years now. My first experience of the recording process was on an 8 track tape machine and mixing board. I love what I do and my only aim is to collaborate with you to make you smile and bring out your emotions when you listen to the music you have worked so hard to write, play and record. I want to help you become successful in your ambitions and to forge long-term friendships between like-minded people rather than just a business transaction. I'm dedicated, hardworking and accessible. I have attention to detail and I won't rest until the smallest of issues are resolved. I've worked with artists from many different countries including the USA. I work across all genres from rock, metal, and pop to country, folk and rock ‘n’ roll, hip-hop, dance, gospel and orchestral. I genuinely love what I do!

I'm also a producer as well as a competent mix engineer. I write and play my own music fore mostly a guitarist (lead, rhythm, bass and acoustic), followed by keyboards etc. I love to work with Artists to creatively enhance their songs and recordings. I have a full suite of high-end guitars and amps for every occasion as well as every type of virtual instrument from Hammond B3 organs, horns, strings, percussion and synths. I  love to work on projects with musicians to help bring their ideas to life and I have worked abroad in this field including, most recently, Latvia and Russia.

As Halo Sound and Vision is a full production company we would love to work with you to produce a music video to complement your song. In the digital era, this is almost essential and will really help you get your music to the masses, generating you more revenue than just downloads of CD sales. As you will see from the other pages on our website we also have and use drones as well as ground cameras to get those amazing cinematic shots or angles that aren’t possible using any other cameras.
